Terms of Use
These terms form an agreement between you and Geometry Lab L.L.C-FZ for use of Biotile.
Wellness tool
Biotile is a food and wellness tracking tool. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat disease, and does not replace advice from a qualified clinician. Seek professional care for symptoms or health concerns.
Your entries and AI estimates
You remain responsible for the information you add and decisions you make from it. Food identification, portions, nutrients, fiber, and other estimates can be incomplete or wrong. Review and correct each estimate before relying on it.
Accounts
You may use local features without an account. If you create an account, keep your device and sign-in methods secure. Do not use another person's account. You may add or remove supported sign-in methods as long as at least one method remains.
Membership and billing
Paid plans, prices, billing periods, and any introductory trial are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple Account at least 24 hours before renewal. Apple handles billing, refunds, and subscription management under its rules. Restoring purchases checks the Apple Account used for the original purchase.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, probe or bypass security controls, upload unlawful material, interfere with other members, automate abusive traffic, or use Biotile to violate law or third-party rights.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features when necessary for security, law, provider changes, or product operation. We aim to preserve access to export and deletion controls for account data.
Intellectual property
Biotile, its design, software, and original content belong to Geometry or its licensors. You keep ownership of content you add and grant us the limited permission needed to process it to operate features you request.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Biotile is provided without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Geometry is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that law does not allow us to limit.
Ending use
You can stop using Biotile, cancel a subscription through Apple, delete local data, or delete your account in Settings. We may restrict access for material misuse, fraud, security risk, or legal necessity.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Geometry Lab L.L.C-FZ in the United Arab Emirates, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your location. Contact support@biotile.app.
